A true original. Thank you for sharing your genius with the world; you’ve made a lifelong fan out of this American lady

My new wife and I saw your show at the Sydney Opera House on our honeymoon in Australia. Outstanding! Bought the CD and haven’t stopped playing it since then… Please tell us when you will be coming to the Washington, D.C. area…

Oh Timmy… Just about a week and you’ll be out of the country… What the hell am I going to do?!?! I guess it won’t be much different from now… Contacting you constantly via email… but you’ll be so far away… so far away… I once touched you and it now rests as dream… tucked away in the nether regions of my brain…. I hope all is going well with Amadeus and both you and sarah are going well….
    Love always, Sarah

And by now you’d be out of the country… on your way to Canada… Which for now is ok… I’m just not happy with the move to Britain… At least 18 months!… I really hope everything goes well over there but don’t forget the home crowd… and little old me!!

    Love you always Timmy…

    Dear Tim,

Saw your show in Perth & met you afterwards at the CBD – Fantastic performance, my shoulders ached from clapping so much. Loved the canvas bags bit where you got the fan out. Now have your darkside CD & can’t keep playing it. I find myself laughing at work.

Love your sense of humour, originality & thought-provoking messages through fantastically funny lyrics.

This is a really delayed message, but I’m a really delayed person. Whatever that means…..
Anyway, how was the closing night of Amadeus? Did it get a standing ovation? It would’ve if I’d been there, believe me.

I hope everything’s fantabulous with you and your loved ones, and that although England calls, you’ll be back over here next year like you said you might.

Love, hugs, and rock ‘n’ roll,
Sinead (aka the nutter with the top-hat that gave you that picture/message after Amadeus one night… Keep on rockin’!!)
